I will use 2 robots in 1 aplication.
1 Robot will pick a part, and put it in certain position.
2 Robot will pick a part from that certain position and put it in conveyor.It will look similar to that aplication:

Forgive me if this is a novice question, but how did you select $MISC[1].$HPD_TRQ[3]>R[1:Torque AX 3] as the Skip Condition type choice? What data type allows you to select system status variable like that?

I have few days for make test program and say an answer,
And i think to do positioning only one time for each new pallet,
If you mean a cycle time i can find 3-5 extra seconds for that.
Need simple solution, so vision is not suitable. -
Good day colleagues,
I get in ugly situation, maybe someone already made something like that:
I have pallet full of parts, every new pallet is positioned differently and i need to take that part with corner of my gripper.
I want to fix 3 sensors (S1,S2,S3) on gripper, and make position program.
How do you think? Is it good idea?
Maybe someone can help with a program? how shoud it look like. -

Thanks Dofrey, it very useful function, I'll use it somewhere for sure,
but not in this situation, because this movement is on very high speed, i don't have time for make other movements.

Have one problem with putting product into the box:
Angle of the product sometimes strikes the box.
I wondering is it possible to make something like i show in picture?
Then box is on place the blue part is going down into the box for help to put product -
Maybe someone have more information about this?

Yes i have abort function, but this function valid only for that program where you put it.
Yes i can jump to label where i will make abort, but it will apply only when i finish my last operation.
