Singularity Avoidance is enabled on my robot. I think it may be causing a pick up point to be skewed a bit, and as a test, I would like to disable it and see if it makes a difference. Does anyone know where to disable it?

Thank you, this will put my mind at ease. Do you have specifics on how to do this? R30iB controller.

Is there a way to password protect data registers while still allowing the program to manipulate them?

Thank you Robo_Eng_13

Interesting discussion, would this be the same as an INTP-302 Stack Overflow? I am currently setting up a cell which gave me the error a couple of days ago when we attempted to run full Auto. I have a lot of call programs in my routine. If I understand this correctly, you can call programs all day long if you want, but just need to get to an 'end' statement?

Working with an R30iB, and have been doing print screen to a USB stick on the TP. Today, when I try to do a print screen, or try to print the programs, I keep getting HOST-145, which talks about access parameters. Can anyone give me a clue as to what may have changed from yesterday to today?
Never mind everyone, USB port on the TP appears to be bad, reconfigured to the USB port on the controller and it all works now.

How do I get the DI/DO, R and PR to display their description on the TP while editing a program?
15: IF DI[9:OFF:ANGLE OFFSET (-)] = ON, JMP LBL[116] or 12:L PR[6: T1 ABOVE INFFED] 500mm/sec CNT100
vs
15: IF DI[9:OFF]=ON, JMP LBL[116] and 12:L PR[6] 500mm/sec
I had the descriptions yesterday, locked out the servos for the night, when I came in this morning the descriptions were not being displayed. Looked around the various screens but I can not find where you would change it. Tried cycling power, that did not help.
Thanks

When your in TP Mode, and for instance, start at the beginning of a program, your cursor is at the first line, (top of the display), as you step through, the cursor moves down one line of the program, as you keep stepping, the cursor moves down one line at a time until it is at the bottom of the screen.
I just wanted to know if there was a way to keep the cursor in the middle of the screen, so as you are stepping through a program, you could see what
the next line in the program was.Thought it would be a nice option if it is available. Hope that clears it up.
Thanks, Chris

When stepping through a TP program, is there a way to keep the cursor in the middle of the screen?

Is there a way to monitor weather or not a reference position is enabled or disabled?

It takes about 30 sec. for the robot to alarm out SRVO-037 IMSTP. EES's are running through a safety relay that turn on force guided relays, and
monitors them as well. When I get the estop, the relays are turning off, but as I said the robot continues to run for about 30 seconds. -
Robot Motion should stop if I loose EES1/EES11 and/or EES2/EES21?

S-430-iw, R-J3 controller. EES dose not work in TP mode until I get to the last motion instruction in the program.
Is this normal? -

Where is the Mastering data stored? We were having issues and swapped servo amplifiers and mastered robot "A", put the amplifier back in robot
"B". Is robot "B" positions going to be screwed up?
