I checked maunel about resistor and you right. I connected MFC side and ABB device side by termating resistors. Then I changed debug=1 in DEVNET.INI. For now, MFC LEDs are off and ABB device leds Module Status(MS):GREEN ,Network Status(NS):RED.

- MACID 7 is other device. My friend tried Beckhoff device. It worked.
- KUKA's manuel says, use one resistor.
- Dn connectors have 24VDC on pins.
- ABB device manuel "Autodetect; the device will detect the baud rate automatically"

Hi,
I trying connect to KUKA 150-2 via DeviceNet with ABB DSQC652. The controller is KRC2 and version 5.6.12. ABB DSQC652 has 16 I/O and I want to use as slave. Then set MACID 10 DSQC652 by looking its datasheet. When I did "Reconfigure I/O driver" I saw screen shown: DN2DRV Error.I checked MFC ports connection and DSQC652 ports. They are OK wiring. DSQC652 MS led on NS led off and MFC Leds off. I did DEVNET and IOSYS sections as it was written in Kuka's document. Where am I making a mistake? I attach below: Devnet.log, devnet.ini, iosys.ini, iosys.log

I did cold start and robot system reinstalled again through floopy then show below errors. I cant understand why show errors. Specially; "DSQC510 missing" and "Wrong Type Code". In there cabinet A1 unit is DSQC346E and A2 unit DSQC 346B. I have also DSQC346C.
-When i install robot system, have i to choose drive unit? If I can choose drive unit(DC1,DC2..), I may not have seen it because of the screen.
-Shows lot of IO units related errors. Why does it give so many errors? It didnt show it before. -

Axes are no problem now but i'm so lucky system communication down -
I solved "Motor supervision", "Collision triggered", "Collision retractision" errors. Dont show error. I did this by pulling in the deadman, then slightly move the joystick to release the brakes but not move the robot. Make sure i get the "clonk" sound on all six motors as their brakes release. The option "Collision detection" is OFF. This time, when i try jogging 4th,5th,6th axis,4th and 5th axis move a little bit then show "Joint collision" error.

Have you checked cable and voltage reaching to motor brakes before doubting on brake release.
Thanks for your comment. I checked K3 brake contactors. A contact from contactor K3 is not working. Finally robot work but axis 1-2-3 work others dont work. I dismantled the fifth and sixth axis motors. That's how I tried jogging it. This gave "Motor supervision", "Collision triggered", "Collision retractision" errors on screen. This errors for fourth,fifth and sixth axis. Now I'm trying solve this problem. -
Hi everyone,
I have IRB2400 robot with S4C+ Controller. When i try to jog maniplator arm , i heared motor break release "click" then it doesn't work all axis. There is no error in screen of teach pendant. I checked row of rubber buttons,then 1-2-3-4 axis work and 5-6 axis not work. I suspect brake unit/card but so i'm confused. Sorry for bad English.
