Hoping someone can help me with a question.
We had to remove the brake solenoid from a joint on our UR10E and unfortunately lost the spring from the mechanism.
Does anyone have a part number or know the size spring that is used. Our UR supplier is trying to charge us to replace the entire joint.

Has anyone preferably in the UK sent a teach pendent with a cracked casing to Fanuc for repair and could let me know how much it cost you.
The teach pendent is in perfect working order the only damage is to the plastic casing from a drop on a concrete floor.
More specifically the pendent is for the R30-IB controller.
I have attached a picture of the pendent below.

Has anyone come across a nice way of writing TP programs off the pendant. I know it can be done in Karel but don't really want to spend the money for the given application.
I came across this tool from the one robotics company however it does not seem finished http://tp-plus.herokuapp.com/. If anyone knows of anything similar a link would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone come across the following error when using a Fanuc CR-4iA collaborative robot;
SYST-326 Need to confirm payload
If anybody would be able to tell me how to confirm the payload and where abouts you do this on the pendant it would be of great help.
My guess is it is something to do with the collaborative aspect of the robot.
