correction : not m7.it is a7
i checked my connectivity.its ok.
after check internal circuit of teach pendent.i see 2 diodes broken.
whats the reason damaged this diode? -

replace memory but not ok problem.
replace empty memory.teach pendent displayed "no program".

i checked position value.displayed world,joint and other coordinate value and moved the robot values are changed.
how to correctly master calibrated(robot joint angles)?
i try joint value are 0 to move the robot.but alarm limit error.
moved in joint mode axis 2(j2)working axis 2 and 3(j3). (i think joint mode only joint is working.whats the reason of this one) -
but teach pendent other function is ok.
two dead-man switch in pendent.I press these.but not fix error -

after on teach pendent press dead-man switches and press reset button again come servo 003 alarm dead-man switch release.

I changed coordinate system to world(xyz).
moved robot x...not moved in x direction.robot moved any direction
Write linear motion (L) program.but robot move in any circular motion.
changed uframe,tframe,jframe are fully cleared(all value are 0) frame.
but not OK my problem.
how to fix this issue.

cannot reset servo 003 deadman switch alarm.i off teach pendent and can reset fault.after cycle start normal.now on teach pendent and press deadman switches again come servo 003 alarm.
please help fix this alarm
