Return to suppliers is very dificult.
I will searched pin layout of CN1.
It’s has 18 pin.
- 2 pins is power.
- 4 pins is trigger and estop signal.
Now, I have to indentify 5 pins for RS422 connect to 1GS board.
The Remaining output signal Is simpler.
I will try it.
I don’t need teach pendant for operation manual,
I only Need repeat mode.
Thanks you.
I searched anywhere in cabinet, but have not found.
I tried to research signal trigger in X1A (X1a connected to XJR2) (XJR2 on EXPLOSION-PROOF TEACH PENDANT BARRIER UNIT).
The most important is CN1 of 1LT board, i think so.
Ah right, so MFP is not used for controlling robot/moving robot then.
You need the Explosion Proof Teach Pendant, I don't think there is any way around this.
I think from memory, on standard controllers, Teach Pendant was connected directly to 1HP CN4 connector.
So I think 1HP CN4 should connect to 1LT CN1 on paint system, is it this cable you are missing you think?
- 1HP CN4 connect to X1 inside cabinet froom image1. (missing) : Sure
- 1LT CN1 connect to RS-422I/F board (1GS) : image 3 (2.11.3 Troubleshoot manual) (missing) speculate
- Currently MFP is directly connected to 1HP CN4.
My robot don't include Teach pendant. only has a MFP,
and MFP don't has Deadman, EStop and Teach Lock switch.
At the CN1 position, I try to power 12v into the 12.13 pin so that I can Estop off.
but when not supplying power to CN1, it is impossible for Estop to turn off.
I think the problem is because the signals transmitted via the 1GS board are on 1HA connected to 1LT via the CN1 connector
Hi kwakisaki.
- I choose the model KF194 , and ít's OK.
But I can't motor on.
- When I selected Teach mode, I pressed the 'Motor ON' button , the motor light is on, But on the MFP, the status LED 'M-ON' kept blinking continuously, and did not hear the MC lines.
-When Switch to Mode Repeat and I receive error E1337 (Two MC lines do not match)
On the 1LT board, I found the cable missing of the CN1 connector.
I don't have a pin layout of CN1 1LT board.
I looked in all the documentation for the C55 controller, but couldn't find it anywhere.
I think that cable is the problem above.
Do you have a pin layout of this?
Thanks you.
On 1GB board there is 'very small switch bank' called SW1, this where you can turn off CPU C.
In the manuals section, I have uploaded some documentation I have.
Look in the troubleshooting manual for 1GB and you will see board layout and SW1 configuration settings.
Thanks you very much.
I am thinking then:
- You could set your Robot Model to 6 axis.
- Disable CPU C on the 1GB.
This may get you away....
Yes, I have some documentation, but I shall place it in the Manuals, Software and Tools for Kawasaki Robots section so you can download them.
Thanks you very much.
And How to Disable CPU C on the 1GB?
I think CPU C is enabled, but you have no 7th axis data loaded, and I think this is what is generating error.
Yes. that 's right. i have 6 axis total.
I bought robots from other people, and didn't know exactly if there was an external shaft.
I have another motor, if I have a wiring diagram, I can connect that motor.
Or How to disable external axis (7 axis).
Currently I do not have the manual of the C55 controller.
Do you have its documentation?
Thanks you.
Tomorow ,I will check it.
and i have a cabinet with Robot FS45 with C32 controller, look the similar.
I wonder if it can be replaced if the other one is broken.
Thanks you.
Model current is: KF262-A001(17-41) 7 Axis, serial: 17.
When i using ZROBOT with 6 axis for all model,
I alway receive error 1903 (As or servo software is not compatible with the Robot model).
Thanks You.
Error 1250: Servo board (C03) initialization error
Error 1261: Servo board (C) parameter setting error.
Sorry i don't have image off E1261.
Tomorrow, I'll try manual input and will tell you.
My Document is missing page 2/7 and 3/7. I wonder what those 2 pages have?
When using ZROBOT with 7 axis, it will receive E-1250 error, after reboot it will receive E-1261.
and this is the picture inside the electrical cabinet.
I have documentation that goes with the W / O number on the label.
I wonder if it can be used in this case?
Hi Sir.
- I have tried both model 41 (KF262-A001) and 42 (KF262-B001) with 6 Axis, but alway received errors (E-1903).
- I found the label of the robot, and see inside the electrical cabinet has 9 brake buttons.
and also tried to run ZROBOT again with 7,8,9 Axis, but alway got error: E-1250 (Servo board C03 initialization error).
What should i do, please?
Thanks you.
This is my Dummy file create from KRoset.
Hi kwakisaki.
Thanks for reply.
- I have solved my MFP problem.
- My robot has no backup data.
- I have created dummy file from KROSET V1.8. But when the file loads complete, it will get the error -1903.
Can you help me resolve this error?
Thanks you very much.
Hello eveybody.
- I have a KF262 robot with a C55 controller.
- I don't have a backup and MFP is missing connector at position X1.
- I am using KWin32 connected with RS232 port.
I searched for documents of C55 controller but could not find
Hope everybody help please.
Thanks you very much.
Hi everybody.
I bought a kawasaki robot and controller from ebay.
but there is no teach pendant, and I buy MFP from another place.
After connecting and turning on the power, the version of MFP is not compatible with the controller.
Can anyone help me how to use this MFP with that controller?
This is the version written on the back door label and uses the "ID" command
Robot: FS045N-A001
AS version: 334K4T6E
MFP software: T34K2T5E
and version displayed on MFP when power is turned on: T0400P4J.
Thank you very much.
