Hi All,
I am looking for help. I would like to know the better way of creating the camera TCP. So here is the detail information about the problem I witnessed.
I have Dalsa camera mounted at EOAT and I am using that camera as a tool. I go on top of my target location, trigger the camera, find my offsets from the camera TCP to the center of my target, then change my tool to the gripper and move to the target location to drop my part, It works perfectly fine when my Camera tool is in one orientation but when I have to use different orientation of my camera tool, my target is a couple of mm off which means on that particular orientation my Camera TCP shifts a little bit.
In order to confirm that, when I reoriented my camera TCP around the fixed target, it moves away a little bit from the target which means my TCP is not correct.
Does anyone know the better to calibrate the camera TCP or create the new TCP
When I created my camera TCP, I opened the camera software, and find the center of my camera, turn on the live view with the center of camera, then I moved the center of camera to fixed flat point by keep looking at the software in live view, then I used 3 point method to create the TCP. Does anyone know a better way of creating camera TCP?
thank you, everyone, for reading my post and helping me in advance, TGIF
Thank you,
