Like the title says, I need the product manual for my IRC5 Compact M2004. I found one but it doesn't look the same as my controller.

What kind of help do you need? You will need the install disks. Do you have them? Do you have a keystring or a backup that you can pull the keystring from?

I have an OTC/Daihen welding package with an AX-21 controller. I have it setup on a rotary table with a side A and Side B. I want to have different programs on each side. I was trying to use an IF statement depending on which side the robot was on, it would call the appropriate program. I don't understand the variable part of it. I have input going to the robot so that it knows which side it is on.

I have an IRB6400 M98 and I was wanting to communicate with my PLC and I don't know where to start. The PLC is a Turck BL20 and I have a Turck TBEN fieldbus unit inside the cabinet. Right now, the TBEN is wired into the DSQC328 with inputs and outputs for the system signals and the few I/O points I have. Then the TBEN communicates back to the BL20 over Modbus TCP/IP. I have ran out of I/O points on the TBEN and I'm trying to keep from buying another one. My question is, what is the easiest way for the PLC to read the I/O from the DSQC328 and the system signals? I'm thinking profibus but I don't have the documentation on hooking up the DSQC352 profibus unit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the tip on the license. I think I'll try to find an ABB arm instead.

Hey guys, I currently program ABB robots (S4C+) and I'm and thinking about getting a used Fanuc spot welding robot (Fanuc R-2000iB Robotic Spot Welding w RJ3iC R30iA Controller). Is this something that I could easily learn or should I have some formal training before doing this?
