I desperatly need help.
We have 2 CS8 on a remote site.
There is a VPN set up for the machines.
I can PING the ProfiNet IP address x.x.x.50 and x.x.x.60.
But I cant PING the J205 port address x.x.x.51 and x.x.x61.
Both J205 and Profinet are set up with same SUBNET (255.255.255.0) and Gateway. (x.x.x.254)
When i was onsite (before the VPN was setup) i could connect, via a switch at the machines and a switch on the network outside the machine.
I talked to Staubli hotline and was told that if IP, subnet and gateway is setup then there should be no issue connecting via VPN.
Can someone shed some light on my issue ... I feel I have tried everything.

Hi Gurus.
Is it possible to connect to a KRC4, through the PLC? (with WorkVisual or Virtual Pendant)
In the way that we have access to the same network as PLC but KRC4's is only connected to the PLC via Profinet.
As I understand it we have to be on the same physical network or using a VPN to the network that the KRC is on.

Thank you for your info.
I tried to run the simulation (KR150) with load data mass of 500kg ... no errors

Hi.
I am using KUKA.Sim Pro 3.0.4 to test some robot cells and I have a sneaking suspicion that the Robot may be overloaded.
I have tried to export config from the simulation, this only contains the ToolData but no LoadData.
If I load a ToolData from my config.dat file will the loaddata be included in the simulation?
Will KUKA.Sim simulate the LoadData and if OverLoaded will I get a error message? Thanks in advance
