I solved the problem!
On power supply Finlandia Interface red light F was on so I removed it from rack to inspect PCB. Electrolytic capacitor was bad so that make short-circuit on board and damaged diode. Attached you'll find image of board. I marked bad components, maybe it will help someone in finding solution for their robot.
Now robot is working as it was before.

Hello,
Yesterday during testing simple welding instruction I got error TPU lost contact. It was during programming, teachpendant was in my hand and after robot finished simple welding instruction I put teachpendant on table to check weld. After I back there was that error and everything were blocked. I tried to switch off and start robot again but nothing. Leds on boards are red and nothing change during start up. Removing boards and battery for cold start didn't make any progress. I also put another DSQC 326 board but no help. What could be wrong with my robot, What I could try more to find issue? Will I get more info about issue if I connect robot to PC using hyperterminal?
Thank you for any help.

Thank you for great info about my issue. I will try to find new PROMS and replace with old on my board. Could you also recommend some companies who sell spare parts where I can find what I need?

Hello everyone and thank you for your time and support on this forum.
I have ABB M94A robot and it has a problem that does not have an operating system installed on it, and I have ordered from ABB the files and they generated the new one based on the serial number of the robot. When I tried to install the files, the robot reject the disks and I got the error "This is not a boot disk". I changed the floppy drive and I got the same mistake. After that, I contacted ABB and they told me to send a picture of the card on which the EPROM memory is. If it is installed EPROM d62 and d63, ABB does not support this type of memory. As you can see on attached image there is that type of EPROM and ABB confirmed that too. ABB's final answer is that they can not solve my problem.
On the second attached image there is print screen of ABB respond and as you can see I need new PROMS. Is there some other solution to my problem or where I can find new PROMS or new DSQC326 board?
