Could you tell more about your application? Its a spot welding application
Why you are measuring this plates,? The sensor was loose and detected with out the other plate and welded. thats why i want to enable the thickness check.
What gun you are using,its an x2c style obarra gun
THe robot is Fanuc R2000 R30 210F

How do i setup the thickness check if one of my plate is 3.5 and the other one is 2.7 ? When i close the gun manually to both part the measurement of the gun is 4.5. on their setup their under thickness limit is 0.5 and over thickness limit is 0.3. how do they get this number?

I have this problem last two weeks ago but its the Group2 axis one which is our spot weld gun shift_lock told me all this troubleshooting and found out its my connector to the motor which is moving causing for getting the srvo068 alarm. We just make a solid mount to prevent it from moving.

What do u guys do to PM this R30iB Controller how do you clean or does it has a filter for the fans? I'm doing a checklist PM sheet

Sorry guys im a newbie here I got this error MOTN 017 G2 A1 and i cant close the servo gun fully close as in to zero getting this motn fault. How can i zero the gun if i cant close it fully? I got Obara gun do you think the inline actuator is stuck? Thank you
