I have a single robot that takes a while to get up to speed when running a program in T1. All my others hit target speed instantly. Is there a setting I'm missing?

The TP will only go to 50% in T1. I know I can do this because I have others that do.

How do I allow 100% speed while running a program in T1? I found this in the manual (see attachment), but that seems to limit individual joint speeds, not overall program speed.

First post. So I've never used BGLogic. What I am wanting to do is make a background program that will "hold" the main program until a DI is off. Currently have the main stacking program pulse the conveyor and then look for a sensor that indicates a full conveyor to pause the robot until the conveyor has been cleared. Problem I am having is parts are falling off the conveyor because it only looks for the input once. Can I use BGLogic to scan the input and hold the main program until the input is clear? Does that make sense?
