hi i need help to communication ehit the robot because the version of my robot only can be communicated by version 2.6 in the cp1604 board but this option dont have DCS. and i need it.

Im trying to enable the rsr remote program but the robot not send me the ACK of the rsr i would Activated, how many time is the pulse for Active de rsr signal,When I Active de rsr signal the robot not excecute the program of these rsr

Hi Guys,
I'm a paint and sealer guy and I just did my first M2000 handlingpro robot. I set up payload and DCS and everything looks good. When we run in auto the speeds and everything are okay.. We I got to teach and jog - the speeds are okay, however, when I try to step through a process the robot moves extremely slow like almost imperceptible. Safe speed is not on - I'm thinking it is something to do with my payload. Any ideas?Check the override do you use.

Hi guys im trying to configure my robot fanuc and the Profinet device (cp1616) Siemens device. I have a Profinet manual and I can't conect my robot to Siemens. I follow every step but the robot cant conect. The error message is
PRIO-622 STOP "PNIO(C) controller is not running"
And
PRIO-621 STOP "PNIO(D) device is not running"Im trying to connect to my plc F1513 Siemens whit TIA portal v. 14.
How I can Stablize the comunication in my fanuc?
I open my GSD whit xml viewer and I put the nex settings
In device config slot 1 subslot 1
I put the hex value in modid hx00017 and subslotid I put hx00010001In device slot 2 subslot1
I put the hex value modid hx0001008
And subslotid I put hx0001
(DCS module).In device slot 3 subslot1
I put the hex value modid hx0000030
And subslot hx0001In device slot 4 subslot 1
I put the hex value modid hx0000031
And subslotid hx0001I have my configuration in suspend
I I download the project in to my robot
