Jesse - What version and type of software are you running - there are some tricks for programming. Also, you can disable UOPS temporarily if you need to.
Any luck with the alarms screen?

I'm a paint and sealer guy and I just did my first M2000 handlingpro robot. I set up payload and DCS and everything looks good. When we run in auto the speeds and everything are okay.. We I got to teach and jog - the speeds are okay, however, when I try to step through a process the robot moves extremely slow like almost imperceptible. Safe speed is not on - I'm thinking it is something to do with my payload. Any ideas?
One thing to keep in mind is the patch of the Virtual you are using.... some robots will be 7.50/16 (patch 16) and you might have a ROBOGUIDE virtual of 7.50/28 (patch 28). Unfortunately, there are compatibility issues when transferring from one to another so try to use the same released virtual in your Workcell.

Can anyone tell me how TCP Extreme is calculated - when I run validator on a process in Paintpro - I will see a value of 1000000 for tcp extreme. I believe this means that the program did not calculate the TCP extreme. The problem is I can't run the process without getting a TDG (Track Destination Gone) because it does not know the TCP extreme. Any ideas?
What version controller and software are you using? If you already have a tracking program in the controller just copy it to a new name and delete everything in it - that way the header information will be there... just a temp work around. You should be able to create a new one from scratch though.
