Under the normal IO configuration, the welding condition number GO will be earlier than the welding start reset after the welding is completed, leading to the alarm of OBARA welder. The solder joints had been welded when the alarm was reported. The number of alarm calls is very frequent.
The OBARA welder will give an alarm if the welding condition number is not received when it is given a welding start signal. Welding machine alarm code 80.
After the configuration according to the picture I sent, the alarm did not happen again.
The configuration of the picture is to keep the welding condition number uninterrupted, set a virtual welding condition number, and output the actual welding condition number GO in the program.
So I would like to ask if there is any way to solve this problem or modify the timing of welding.
