Yes I can ping the device.
It feels like the setup in TIA and robot should be the same as before?
I have 16 bytes in and 16 bytes out in TIA as are assigned to the same I/O as before. And the profinet setup in the robot are the same.
What Device ID do you have in robotcontroller? under MENU - SETUP - PROFINET?
For me it says 0x0008, it's the only thing that can be the difference I think? -
Hello again,
Been a busy month with plenty of new projects so this have been put on the side during the time.
I have been in touch with Fanuc and just received your version of GSDML-file "DHA"I just replaced it with the file I used before and did the same configuration and assigned a new name to the device.
I thought it would be like "plug and play" but it was not that easy. I can't get it communicate as it did before.
Can't reset the alarm "PNIO (D) device is not running. How is your configuration looking "DHA"?

Hi,
I have a CPU 1214C DC/DC/RLY and it communicates with a CP-1604 (Profinetcard) that is in the robotcabinet (R30iB). I have set it up in TIA Portal.
The fun thing is that the signals works between the PLC and Robot, but it still indicates error and says "Not Reachable" on PN-IO module and all the RJ45 ports.I attach a screenshot for a "overview" in the TIA Portal.
Any clues how to get that annoying error to disappear?
Best regards Adam
