Why weave?? Doing an overhead weld and weaving and trying to figure out a weld schedule to use; alot of variables. You may have already, but I'd suggest; dialing in the weld schedule in the flat. Then just try to get the overhead weld to stick; and then add the weave, if needed.

What power source are you using? I'm familiar with Lincoln. With Lincoln you have to change the type of process. Lincoln has a list of weld process/ procedure numbers on line. I think they show if synergic or not.
Synergic is mostly a pulse thing, but Lincoln does have a synergic CV process.

Your using a synergic weld schedule in your program, so it will act like that. You'll have to create or find another schedule.

Solved: $!S_SCR. $AXISORDER Changed [1] from 9 to 0. Powered off/on. Reset pulsecoder alarms and its back to its old self.

The bot was (supposedly) just sitting and was found having a Srvo-068. The robot cell did have a servo torch about 10years ago, but currently doesn't have one.

I have a 100ib bot with RJ3 control we are getting an SRVO-068 DTERR (GRP 0 A1). I've read all over the forum about the SRVO-068, but all of the other threads seem to show a group number. The advice for this has been check wires and encoder cap and shield grounds.
I am wondering if not showing any group number would mean some other sort of issue?AMFbots
