The problem was that the anticollision cable was damaged during the service of the welding process cables. After fixing the cable all is ok.

I will try that but in fact I dont know if program is running - when in test screen I click start, and click deadman and literally nothing is happening.. the robot is not moving and cursor is also not moving on the screen..

I have encountered a strange problem. My IRB1400 (S4) welding robot after service of welding torch is unable to move when testing. When I want to test the program I click 'deadman', and then I click FWD or START and the program should start in testing mode - but it does nothing. The robot does not move at all and there is no error. The motors, deadman are ok because I can move the robot manually with the joystick.
Anyone any idea what is going on?

Solved it - the problem was that anti-splatter spray (it is a welding station with IRBP positioner) was causing interference in safety beams...
Hey guys, last month my IRB1400 with S4, started to stop the auto cycle every 3-4 cycles with "20006 Auto stop" failure. There is no rule when he stops - once he stops right after cycle starts, once he ends cycle and then stops.. any suggestions what may be wrong or what should I check?
