We have two IRB 640 M97 palletizer robots with S4C controllers. We have found two additional robots IRB 640 M2000 without controllers. Will the S4C controllers work with the newer M2000 robots?

I have a ABB IRB 640. I am having issues and would like to perform a restart. What kind of restart will get me back to last "working" program
I have been using a ABB IRB 640 robot for my concrete block production. Yesterday I was making changes and adjustments to a program. I deleted posewo" in the data for that particular program. thought my issue with program was there was an offset that was created that was giving me an issue. Once I did this I got Error message 40165& 10051 and have not been able to resolve this. Not sure how to fix this.

I have purchased a used ABB IRB 640 robot with flexpalletizer system. I have a few issues. I can not get the Pallet Master program to communicate with robot.
I get the message "waiting for robot connection" on screen. I have attached picture. I have replaced Ethernet cable, not the problem. Any ideas.
I also need help with EOAT programming. Is there a manual on this. I purchased a EOAT vacuum gripper from another manufacturer
and have not been able to figure out what the connections are on R3,CS female plug on ABB robot arm.
I open inputs/outputs on teach pennant but it says " no signals"
I was expecting drop down lists of all the I/O s . Am I missing something??

We just purchased a used ABB IRB 640 robot with flexpicker palletware software. We manufacture concrete building blocks and want to use robot to palletize concrete block from our polishing line. This is our first experience with robots and need technical help with setup and direction to get the robot operational. I think we can resolve our issues and receive the training and help via telephone. Is there anyone familiar with the robot and flexpick palletware/pallet wizard software that may be able to walk us through this installation. We would compensate for knowledge and time. Any suggestions or help
