Oh wow, I feel silly now, but I figured this out. Today I found the "Weave End" command. My Weaves had been acting like unclosed html tags, which was causing all sorts of trouble. With "Weave End" things are going a lot more smoothly.

I am a student learning on a FANUC 50iD 7L robotic arm, which utilizes a Lincoln Power Wave r350 to produce welds.
I have encountered a situation where I would like to begin the welding pattern by moving linearly between points and then alter it to finish the weld with a weave pattern. However, it seems that entering a Weave schedule between the WELD_START and WELD_END commands causes the arm to Weave between all included weld points. This is undesirable. My question is:
Is there a way to begin the weld moving linearly between points, and then initiate a weave which moves to the final point?
If not, how would you approach this challenge?
