I am commissioning a cell that was installed 2 months ago and has now just been moved with 2 x Fanuc lr mate, running from R30ib controller.
They have I/O configured over Ethernet. 1 of the robots loses the IP address of the PLC (Allen Bradley) and some seconds later will re-acquire the address. sometimes it will not and requires a power cycle of the controller. The robot is set as adapter and the PLC as scanner. I cannot see any conflicting IP addresses using RS Linx and the robot and the PLC have the same subnet. The input and output size (words) are 4 and both API set to 10.
