We just moved a Fanuc Robot System R-J3 from one factory to another and this is first time I have messed with one. It is doing the same thing but the points have moved, so all I need to do change a few points. The problem I am having is every time I fault the robot (Singularity for instance) I reset everything but the robot will not step through the program anymore. I get an "Already locked by another task" fault. I reset and try again and I get the same fault. I tried moving the pointer to another program and it accepts it but I get the same fault. The only way I can get the robot to move again is to power down.
Fanuc did a great job of making the tp very intuitive and it is loaded with help features but I can't figure this one out. Any help is appreciated.

I am working with a Kawasaki zz130u d+ controller and I just want to make sure I am not missing something. I want the robot to move as fast as possible so I have this setup.

Jmove p2I have the monitor speed on the teach pendant set to 100. Is this all I need to do to make the robot move at max speed. I am used to working with ABB robots and this robot is a slug compared to them. I feel like I am missing a zswitch somewhere or something, but I can't find anything else that will make it move faster.
