Thanks ahead for the help. I had a KRC2 240 robot running and we replaced it with a 360 and I can't figure out how or where to drop in a backup for a robot we have that has the 360 machine data file. I was told to pull one off the network and load it but there are several files and I'm not sure where to put in the backup. This is a test robot so i just need it to run with the larger 64,32 drives. I've changed hard drives and pulled the correct backup off the network directly to the robot but this is new to me.

I'm familiar with logging servo weld gun motors and have those set up. When I was at abb for training I was told you could also check the robot axis motors as well. Does anyone know the signal numbers for those on 7600 and 6640 IRC5? Any help would be appreciated. I'm just having motor current issues after changing an A6 motor on a 7600. I plan on changing the A5&A6 cable next but it would be nice to monitor these motors for current, torque, ext. Thanks a lot
