Unfortunately, the S3 floppy can't be used in a PC, there is no known file system.
You need to load them one by one using floppy into the robot, switch to card reader, save, and repeat.Have a look at this, and we got floppy drives/Cables for those old 'bots as well.

Are there any other alarms preceding the lost rev. counters?
Does the robot just stop during production and says "update rev. counters", or does it spontaneously reboot itself and comes back saying "rev. counters lost"?A faulty 24v Power supply can give u a lost Connection with the axis computer, producing a spontaneous reboot and lost rev. counters as a result.
