I control:
- the position of clamping jaws with an programmable magnetic switch. (open or close).
- the compensation unit in the Z-axis with an programmable magnetic switch.
So I already know, does he go down to the end position (singnal in the compensation unit sensor) and does he clamp the workpieces.
But know I have to do the workpiece into a workpieceholder. Here I got a tolerance of 30-50µm.
So I have to check the workpiece before. I know it's clamped, but I don't know if the position is 100% correct.
