Iloverobots.... Thank you for the info. Vigo is what our local fanuc distributor has been supplying us. it was told to us that this is what fanuc supports also. What do you use/recommend?
When you lifted the robot, did you use straps or is there a harness/bracket that can be bolted on? Also, did you have the robot at a certain position/ coordinates to do this? Thank you again
I am looking for some info on performing a repair on one of our arcmate 100 robots. it has recently started having shavings of metal in the grease that is coming out of the j1 joint/axis. we have ordered parts (bearings, o rings, and the reducer) along with vigo grease. My question(s) start here. is there any special tools needed? What is the best way to rest the robot during this maintenance? is there any "trick of the trade" to doing this repair? Thanks in advance for any help.

Thank you for the info. I tried all of these options before posting here. Ended up replacing wire and plug which took care of this problem but created another. I figured the other out. Thank you for the help!!
I need to know how to reset the hand broke to enabled on our rj3ib. we replaced the wire and it shows presence when metal is passed under the sensor, but still shows error srvo 302 on the pendent and I cannot get it reset. any help is appreciated
