Have you defined the load on that axis ( MU 2) with MechUnitLoad? Is the external axis ABB motors MU/GU or a positionwe such as MTD/MID from ABB?

It is an option to purchase the software from ABB. You would most likely save money by buying directly from softing. DP Konfig software had to run on a 32 bit system as well. When I have used it, it was always an XP machine.

Tony did you configure the Calibdata and then run FCLoadId on it? That is an important step to ensure proper functionality with Force Control. Also SafeMove without OSR setup can wreck havoc as well; as SharplesR mentioned.

As SharplesR mentioned 720 is the max and shouldn't be an issue to set to that value, but you will change your safety signature. If your ok with changing the safety signature on the SafeMove configuration.

Without having access to the encrypted files I would suggest looking at the TPU to see what each aggregate of this data represents.
TASK PERS autoData adTorchClean1:=[0,5,5,"md2TorchClean1",FALSE,TRUE];This looks to be a customized welding interface made by Wolf Robotics based on ABB's Production Manager interface.
The auto data has an aggregate calling the menudata for torch clean.. Most likely this data or something in the Load_Unload module is triggering production manager to run the menu for torch clean. The only production manager events that are defined that accessable are for Index, Pre-Part, and Post-Part.. none of the are triggering this menu.
