    How to manually add or import the data into the system parameters of the manipulator -> Drive unit and Drive system?
    I try to create drive unit external axes...
    There's no button Add ...
    Maybe can create a configuration file and import the required data?

    Yes, of course, I tried to manually change the orientation of the torch head in the start, middle, and end points but I get erraor of axes.

    Hello.
    Robot ABB IRB2400L with turntable.

    When I add in system parameters of manipulator unit of turntable (3 axis - 3 unit) - he write error 50142 Configuration of the parameter failed...in attachment
    Parameters are correct, I check the manual and restored from backup.

    Any ideas?

    Hello. We have welding robot IRB 2400L M98 S4C controller BaseWare 3.2 with positioner IRBP 250R.
    In our KeyDisk (he from other IRB2400L without positioner) not includet external axis and our turntable dont work. When I add in system settings - manipulator-units-new unit of positioner, i have an error "settings of manipulator" and robot dont work, when I delete this settings - robot works well but turntable dont work. Settings of positioner I import from becup of this robot.

    I think I need to enable support for external axes during installation BaseWare 3.2 but I can not do this because in the Options of KeyDisk that we have has no External axes.
    If I am wrong, please help me, what am I doing wrong?
    Anybody have KeyDisk for IRB2400L with ArcWare and external axis (positioner)?

    Hello.
    Welding robot ABB IRB2400L S4C controller BaseWare 3.2
    I'm trying to create a program of pipe welding.
    The command "ArcC" - robot moves in a circle, but Torch head does not change its orientation.
    How to make the robot move around pipe and torch head at the same time changed its orientation?
    What manuals need to reed?

    Hello. We have welding robot IRB2400L with S4C controller BaseWare 3.2 and welding equipment MIG/TIG (power source Aristorob 500/A314/A324)

    In Operating instructions of Aristorob 500/A314/A324 says:
    "The robot’s system parameters must first be defined so that the power source and robot can communicate with each other.
    This is a question of basic programming which is only carried out during installation.
    The programming of the system parameters is explained in full in the welding robot’s programming manual".

    Anybody have "welding robot’s programming manual"?
    What system parameters need defined so that the power source and robot can communicate with each other?

    Hello.
    Thanks to all the participants of the forum for help.
    I install key disk from other robot and system pack 3.2 The robot works well.

    We also have positioner IRBP 250R and torch cleaner.
    How to install this additional equipment? What software do I need for this?
    I would appreciate any information.
