Got a robot for free trying to start it up. It needs to be mastered anybody know the proper steps to re zero and calibrate this setup? I have no way of backing up this thing it’s rs232!!

Your correct its the file name!!!!!! It has to be different than the program name other robots need it to be the same name. Thanks for the info!!!
next problem
The program loads but wont execute, it hangs up on the first line and gives me a error code E5007 servo weld gun not connected or wrong gun connected. There is no external axis data values in any of the motion not sure why its looking for the gun.......the robot is a material handler with a ARO servo ped weld gun. Currently the gun is not hooked up waiting for some mechanical parts.

.ENDit will not load its giving me a (P0125) missing expected character how do I know what line its on? Other robot brands will tell me exactly where the problem is in the code.
