I'm newbie, so sorry for any stupid questions.
I am planning to make a SCADA system, which will visualize (and in future allow to remote control) the basic parameters of robot group based on R30iA controller. The controller and the SCADA server are connected directly to local network. In order to select the appropiate SCADA software I tried to connect to the controller and read the data from the joint position registers. The SCADA software I was using has a built-in driver, which uses SRTP service (it was the only GE Ethernet driver in the software). When I run the SCADA application, no errors occur. But I cannot read the value of the register. Do I need to write a Karel client application for the controler? Or maybe it is a matter of configuration?
