    Hi all,

Like many others, I've purchased an EK1100, 1809 and 2809 to run some digital I/O. I've scoured the history of the forum and have tried each solution. When I use the data files from Beckhoff website I get errors "Error on reading/writing: SYS-X44" and "<SYS-X44> Error during ECat stack initialization [Network response () no network response]" . When I attempt to use the DTM files that Panic Mode put up from 2015 the 2809 provides no channels to map the outputs to (image attached), so I tried only leaving the 1809 on the stack and removing the 2809 from WoV and now I only get the "<SYS-X44> Error during ECat stack initialization [Network response () no network response]" error. I'm using WoV 4.0.14_Build0060 - might that be the problem? V8.3.20 on the controller, and I've followed each historical post from this forum that I could find step by step with no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi all,

Has anyone used the EL7047 from a KRC4 to control stepper motors? I'm currently trying to integrate, but after installing the data files from Beckhoff the 7047 doesn't show up in my DTM list... only the 7031. Has anyone run into this before? 8.3.20

  • Calibrating DKP400

    Hi all,

I'm attempting to calibrate a DKP, but am running into issues. I've set everything up in WoV and calibrated my tool. When I'm going through the screens to set things up it asks for a tool of the external machine and the reference tool on the local controller. None of the documentation covers this (on 8.2) clearly. I've attempted all combinations of setting these tool values to my calibrated tool as well as other values, but the end result of my final DKP root calibration is always 40-250mm off even though I'm doing my 4 point to the inscribed point (X) on the top of the DKP.

I'm sure I'm missing something here - does anyone have advise on what I'm doing wrong and how to remedy? Many thanks in advance

Would KUKA.CNC be a potential option?
