My Robotic system consist of a KR60-3 Robot with an external axis (MG_480_180_30 Motor). External Axis is mounted on a Rotary Table and therefore it is set to form asynchronous, uncoordinated movement of the table with desired speed.
I wish to design a program that reaches the desired RPM of axis E1 as a function of time (i.e. the rotational speed should ramp up or ramp down wrt to time defined by user)
I have set E1 as asynchronous.
I use $VEL_EXTAX[1]=<value>
ASY_PTP(<Value>)
by changing the $VEL_EXTAX[1] between the program i get a message "Value is inadmissible"
Kindly help me with the right set of codes.

Hello. I have a KRC4 controller. An error msg of Outer Fan Speed Too Low is coming up.
I have checked the controller exhaust fan and the fan is not moving.
I have checked the A1-X14 connector on cci board and its working with 24V of signal coming up.
The operational hrs is just 2000hrs and 2.5 yrs in operation.
Controller is placed in clean environment.
We have tried cleaning with blower.
Any way around to start the fan?
Please can you be more elaborative. Example would be helpful.
Also, is their a way to hard reset the console??
any guidance on how to do it??

I have two Kuka krc4 systems integrated with Laser Cladding system through Profibus.
Recently; an output for 'Laser On' is set to high/On. even though the signal on kuka is switched off.
I have tried switching the Digital output signal On and Off from robot still no luck switching it off on Laser System.
Please help on how to reset the signal.
