Hi
Where do you check this ? " but when i check with volt meter from 8 or 23(0 volts)"Your comments about the EE are correct, What's the issue there ? Because is working the way it supposed to work
the 8 and 23 are pin numbers on the EE connector. they are the the called 0 volts.
so when i switch on any of the 8 robot outs, there should be +24volts coming out of that pin correct?
so i check with voltmeter from lets say pin 1(which is robot out 1), to pin 8(which is 0volts), and i have the Robot out 1 status on and its green. but there is no voltage?
hi
working with Fanuc R30ia controller R1000ia/100f
so i found the wiring diagram that's attached, but when i check with volt meter from 8 or 23(0 volts), to any of the Robot outs there is no 24v. on teach pendant i went into i/o then robot i/o, and there i switched status to on, and it turned green, but no power.
on robot there's the EE connector on the J3 arm where i checked with volt meter, there is power from any of the four +24v to any of the two 0v
in config the settings are: polarity-normal complementary-off
any help would be appreciated, i am a beginner so maybe im missing something obvious thanks.
so how would i now tell the program to stop once R[11] Layer is at 20 or whatever value
thanks
i figured it out!
thanks a lot
hi
what i need to do is:
pick up a part from always the same place(conveyor end), then stack those parts straight upward(Z direction) on a pallet. stacks need to be about 80-100 parts high in about 15mm increments upward. i am new to robot programming so please give an example. thanks
can anyone tell me what options are needed for using a camera to locate parts only in X, Y and rotation(2D)
i would like to know what options are essential for this?
thanks
