We have our robots here setup to run auto backups and then a server goes through FTP and pulls the completed backups from each robot to a server. I know you can pull it from the robot via FTP if it's created and saved on the local drive, but I don't think you can just pull the files without having created the backup first.

I'm not familiar with the S4 cabinets, but with the newer cabinets a DC Link Voltage has to do with the rectifier (assuming there is one in the S4 cabinet). In the older IRC5 cabinets before they went to the newer drive packs with the rectifier built in, there is a separate recifier that the incoming AC power goes into and gets rectified to DC for the drives. It could be a back recifier or bus bars/connections between the drives and rectifier. That's where I'd start.

Hello All.
We have been running weld guns in our shop for a while with SEW servo motors. We are in the process of slowly changing these motors to Tolomatic. The problem is on some of these we have changed out they will start giving random Motor Current errors. We have checked the force calibration, cables, mechanics of the gun, etc. and can find nothing wrong. Has anyone experienced this before? The number 1 probable cause listed in The motor data in the configuration files may be wrong. But I'm not sure what to look for. Any help or ideas are appreciated.
Thanks!

Motor current error
For joint SGUN_1, the current controller detected a too large torque current deviation for the motor. The joint is connected to drive module 1 in the drive unit at unit position 2 and node 1. -
Are you talking about a Home position(s)? Or something separate?

Multi-Move should be able to handle this. This is one option that it is designed for. But that is an additional module that will need to be purchased.

Good Afternoon,
I have a robot that when trying to run a backup will give a Backup Error 11223 "Error during the backup of Task. The directory lacks at least one necessary item."
When you try to run a backup with the folder to be created on the robot, it will create the folder, however if you want it to be created on a thumb drive or external device, it won't write any files to the drive. I can go to the internal robot drive and copy the file and save it to my thumbdrive. It looks complete, actually has extra files as compared to another robot beside it. I have not tried to run a restore from the backup created after the fault since the robot is in production. The robot is running ROBOTWARE_5.15.1091.
Any help or ideas are appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi Johnathan,
I know it's been a while since you posted in this thread, but do you now where to set the 'Move Out' distance? This came up tonight and I'm having a hard time locating it.
Thanks.
