I have some pictures showing the parts inside the controller.

From what I can gather, the system is powered with the help of 3 contactors for Fuji Electric:
1x SC-0
-Rcoil=352 ohms
-L1-L2-L3 Resistance is infinity at rest and 0.00k when triggered
-NC Terminal is 0.00k at rest and infinity when triggered2x SC-03/G:
First Contactor
-Rcoil=88 ohms
-L1-L2-L3 Resistance is infinity at rest and 0.00k when triggered
-NC terminal is varying between 200-500 ohms at rest, infinity when triggered and is then randomly switching back to 0.00k and then varying back up at restSecond Contactor
-Rcoil=88 ohms
-L1-L2-L3 Resistance is infinity at rest and 0.00k when triggered
-NC terminal was varying at first but the contact was clunky when triggered. I played with it for about 10 triggers and the contact is now stuck open, reading infinity resistance on the multimeter.I have ordered new SC-03/G as I believe they are busted, the SC-0 seems fine. I have also ordered new batteries.
This is the current state of the repair, hope this helps fellow SRX-611 enthousiast with E342 errors

I made a video on youtube to show how the robot behaves. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r8NmukNHhZE&feature=youtu.be

I bought a SRX-611 with controller a couple months ago and completed my input box recently, allowing the use of the robot in Online mode. For 2 months, I have debugged my luna code in Offline mode and the robot moved without any problem whatsoever (Albeit at 5% velocity). I have now plugged my input box and proceeded to do some test runs at 40% Vel. However, a new problem appeared, the controller throws a E342 AMP Main power error after the robot starts moving. Sometime I can execute a full homing routine and some part of the code (40% Vel) and other times the error is thrown while homing at low speed. I have tried to remove the input box, the input and output cables, and then try to use the robot in Offline mode but the error is thrown all the same. I have E300 (Emergency stop error) that is thrown also about 50% of the time with the E342. I have checked Fuse 1 and 2 of the I/O board (0.5A), the 5A fuse on the I/O and the 2 accessible Fuse (0.5A) on the Security board. I have also looked for burnt spots on all connections and soldering and everything is fine. I suspect the 3 batteries (2 Cyclon and 1 Lithium) to be old and in need of replacement. Safety box is 9-13, 1-2, 3-4 shorted. Can anyone help me with this? I have a real hard time finding a job in engineering here and this robot is my key to self employment.
Thanks,
TL;DR
-Robot worked fine in offline mode for 2 months+
-Plugged in new input box and the robot worked fine for a while at 40% speed
-Now servo turn ON and move but throw E342 (AMP Main power error) almost immediately in Online and Offline mode, with and without input box
-E300 (Emergency stop error) also thrown in 50% of the time
-I checked all fuses with multimeter to see if current went through and everything works
-suspect batteries are low/dead -
Did you have any luck on finding a copy of the Luna 5.0 Software?
