Hi all, I have some problems with my Fanuc P-155 robot. When I first tried to start the robot I got the alarm: BZAL (SRVO-062).
I solved this by resetting the pulse coder alarm and after rebooted it. The SRVO-062 error got away, but now the alarm: SRVO-075 Pulse not established shows up on all of the 6 axes. Now I know I have to remaster the robot again. But if I try to do that it says: Robot NOT mastered!... Also I cannot move any of the axes in Joint mode because the system is in error status (SRVO-075 Pulse not established)..
Can anyone help me with this issue? Or do I need to call Fanuc support to solve this?
