When try to run program, then lights comes on.
If u put on standby mode and then turn on, no lights on 2,3

Both 2nd and 3rd don't have green run ok light.
1,4,5 are ok.

Robot shuts off when try to syn.
Have error message
506 servo error 2 1402
Robot operates with joy stick
Don't have green run ok light on 2 servo control board YYT-02c
Any ideas for the cause or solution would be highly appreciate
Still trying to trace the wire.
Just wondering if any wiring diagram would be available.

First I would like to say thanks to roboweld for the help.
Their was an open circuit between 2b & 3a
After I short 2b & 3a we got green led on robot
It started all fine n working.
Just wondering how important is that curcuit .
And the best way to find the fault itself.

I m having problems with my robot
It stated as when u turn the robot to fast or on 100% velocity with any jerks or shake the robot shuts off.
Then u have to press operation button to get to going and it would startup and go again.
We found out that one of the limit switch under the top arm had a losse connection which was causing it to stop when it had any shock.
We made the wire for the switch to breech to get continuity.
And it was working fine.
New problem.
The cabinet turns on but can't get the robot going.
The five lights at the back
don't have green led light on robot.
The other 4 have green light.
If I press standby button green led light ( robot) comes on but goes off as soon as I let go.
Have error msg as emergency stop.
I believe that there might be limit or estop
Switch on the robot itself with an open circuit.
Not sure how to find the course.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
