is there 2 external (aux) axis on each or just 1?
sounds like a controlled start aux axis setup problem.
are the battery packs hooked up to the new amps?
are you trying to jog in group 1 or 2?

It just plugs right in
I'll be installing a new inverted mate in the next few weeks.
i'll advise.
i have personally hung several m20's and an r2000 at 90 degrees off of a gantry and z+ was up
however back to the original poster, If you insist on changing world 45 degrees off then just turn J1 to 45 or -45 and remaster single axis J1
I asked Fanuc this specific question because I had some inverted robots but the answer was "No, World is fixed", you have to use a user or jog frames.
Now this, at least on most modern robots/controllers, can be modified as well as should be as Crash Detect will not work correctly if the controller dose not know the robot is inverted.
Bglogic must be a non group program and only allows LOGIC being a non group program. Hence absolutely no movement commands.
There is also lots of rules you must follow.
there can be no wait commands.
there can be no jumps up in the program on only down
mixed logic is your friend
and to start it, you go to menu, setup, bglogic and set the program there. it will run constantly when the controller is powered up.
Su = using shift button, UK= no shift. there is 6 more for you.
Depending on your controller model and software there is a lot you can do with the newer I pendants
you mention "Both Groups" if you have a 2nd group then check $MCR_GRP[2].$dry_run_spd
I usually set ipendent, karel, kcl, and irvision to U (Unlock)
and also be sure to use windows Internet Explorer 32 bit.
Microsoft share point designer 2007 is freeware (and the current recommended html editor by Fanuc) from Microsoft and supported by Fanuc iPendant active x controls.

often this is done on accident. pressing function and meaning to press abort, but end up on the 2nd screen and press quick menu by mistake, I would not put to much more thought into it.
Quick menu is on.
press function and toggle quick/full menu
$remote_cfg.$Remote_type
1 is local (sop)
current software reference manual
page 2-792
name: Current position from machine pulse
$SCR_GRP[1].$m_pos_enb must be true
then
$scr_grp[1].$mch_ang[]
and $scr_grp[1].$mch_pos
but why not just run a lpos or jpos command
Have to type something
Super cool.
Bookmarked.
Master and calibrate. also your uop signals are not working.
Im starting to wonder if there is a problem with your auto/T1 switch
Also the one thing that gets most people is this. Use IE 32 bit, not IE 64 bit
AO[1: fluidflow] = (r[800])
What is the actual error?
do you have a R[800], you can if you set up that many registers (I think you can go to 1000) but do you, default is only 200
