yes its cheap .but fails frequently .I checked all but fan fails .For temporarily any bypass fan option so only ask.

Dear friends,
we changed ABB IRB6640 robot 5 & 6th axis gear & motor ,after replaced offset happened 1.5mm to 2.5 mm ,after change calibrate & fine calibration done but its not ok ....if any other solution available ,,,pls share ....
I tried edit motor offset value (new motor offset value ) also ,but it is not solved .... -
After finish the image backup restore ,quick mastering done .thats enough .suppose quick matering not happended means just check the master count value & ref count value in system variable .
suspected problems are,
1.pulse mismatch .
2.Robot not mastered
3.Robot move without calibration . -

Here this alarm came SERVO-018 Brake abnormal FAULT .i follow the below procedure Action-3 Solve this issue .but i checked the brake connector & cable everything normal .but how servo amplifier failure
An excessive brake current is detected. The ALM LED on the servo amplifier is lit.
(Action 1) Check the cables and motor brakes connected to CRR88 connector on the servo
amplifier.
If a short-circuit or grounding fault is found, replace the failed part.
(Action 2) Check the cables and motor brakes connected to CRR65A, CRR65B connector on
the servo amplifier. If a short-circuit or grounding fault is found, replace the failed
part.
(Action 3) Replace the servo amplifier.how servo amplifier failure what is the cause???

PRIO-608 I/O MISMATCH FAULT.In that time error one shot in i/o controller to reset.If any other way to solve the issue.

In FANUC robot 2000 IB profinet fault displayed after power OFF/ON .. PNIO profinet fault & robot I/O mismatch .In that time we doing like this
Menu -> Profinet -> I/O device-> Error one short -> Enable/Disable->Enable then reset the error .ok
Any solution to solve this problem permanently
