I have a robot motoman MRC sk6. Robot is operating normally appear suddenly after the fault line: P.P alarm: 20. I turn off power and turn on again but display on teach pendant not light. I measured the power while maintaining normal 200V 3 phase. Please help me resolve this error...Thanks

i have a IRB 4400 robot. When the L axis of robot is near down singualrity position. I can't move L axes of the robot go up. At same time, when I move the axle shaft 2 up then the robot's head go down. Robot display error 50056: Joint collision error.

I have check MTU board and servopack, MSV board and replace it with another robot . It's still normal. And i also check board MIF01 and no error.I think the robot PARAMETER altered certain parameters. Because she had previously intervened into the system.

Can anyone give me advice in this case I should re-initialize robot system like. There must re-initialize all files as all files, job data, CIO LADDER, Para files, .... or just re-initialize which files to restore the CMOS.

Robots are operating normally suddenly fails. because the language of robots in Japanese which I'm not fluent in Japanese so difficult to handle. If the english language can I can re-install it again. Is there any way to help me handle this error is not.

I have a k30 Motoman robot. it breaks servopack of U-axis with numbered CACR SR30SZ1SDY137. I want to ask that I can replace it with servopack servopack of the motoman K60 with CACR SR44SZ1SDY229 numbered. If I can. I need to adjust paramater not?

This afternoon, i had check servo-amplifier. the First, when i turn on power then it normal but when i try move any axis so robot display error "384 r axis excess current in servo". I had seen in servo-amplifier then HCN red led in Servo-amplifier 2 light. . after I have cable insulation r motor shaft servo-amplifier 2 out, I can move the remaining axis. I think servo-amplifier can be hight current??

I have a Motoman robot. I connected it tig welding machine with output signal by the stimulus out welding. Something went wrong during the welding process. Specifically, when the welding is complete, the robot moves out of the weld metal, the error appears 0223_Truc B. I tried several times, stil lerror as above. 'When I run but not welding robot is not an error. Can anyone give me advice to fix this? thanks -

hi all! I have a MRC SK6 robot
I currently use the following structure welding:
P1 MoveL V = 200
ARCON ASF(1)
P2 MoveL V = 50
ARCOF AEF (1)
P3 Move J Vj = 80
I have problems with the welding wires ticking after finishingthe welding process.
How to change adjust anti-stick process for mrc sk6? -
I have seen this error with MRC k30. I think you should check again servopack what appears on the display when an error occurs.

I have resolve this troublem by i go to Maint.mode and choose MIFO1 Board.After turn off, i turn on robot then program start normal, Last line robot display CMOS.... but i have a new problem. When i turn on servo robot display error 4960. I have lost the program?? please help me. Thanks
