we have replace the 7th axis Fans robot running fine

But I need support form your end

what is frequency of replacement Fan

I need Support for Bellow Concerns

1) Servo -223 Alarm - DSP Dry Run alarm
2) Servo -058 Alarm - FSSB Init Error.

Both Alarm came in Fanuc robot 30 i B

After Power fluctuation this fault came ...

As per Fanuc Manual

Servo-068-DEERR alarm came all axis( After Power Recycle fault rested )
Servo-223 DSP DRY RUN (9,1)
Servo-0058 FSSB 1 init error
So Refer Manual FS1 and F4 Fuse Condition check No Issue
Then Servo Drive replaced but not ok
Then Fiber optical cable replaced still Error occur
Then Power Supply unit replaced But not ok
Then Emergency Board replaced but not ok
Then Image Backup and Robot Program Backup taken from robot
Then CUP Card replaced and Image Backup Loaded but not ok
Then Robot Back Panel Replaced again same issue came .

again we Checked servo enccoder cable then Found Cable Got Heat so Dress Pack unit Open

then 10 Mints after its got Ok

I need what is the Real issue

Pl tell us , Its help me and Other Person aslo...

in ABB robot system failure was happen in day by day...

so we did warm start but not ok

then we did "B" start then calibration done in all axis.

we don't know the real root cause for this ...

friends pl share the if any root cause for system failure

it will help us to reduce the break down...

in Fanuc robot J2 axis is abnormal noise was came during movement time.

we are doing every 18 month once we replace the grease . 5 month before we checked grease metal contamination level was 0.04 only .

after yesterday we checked the J2 Axis grease contamination level more the 4.67.

after we plan to replace the fanuc manipulator unit.

but it was work 100% speed only.

pl tell me with in 5 month gear box any failure possible?

it was installed year of 2012 May month only.

pl let give the more possible cause for failure of gear box unit.

if you have face any problem like this ...

pl share the countermeasure and action for this concerns...

Dear All,
Make sure all the grounds are connected properly
Make sure the motor power and resolver cable shields are intact and connected properly.
all the cable are ensured ....

During Auto mode only stopped .
after that we change teach pendent and cable .but no error was shown .

we have a fanuc robot in our plant. ( R30 iA Model )

yeasterday fanuc robot stopped in between without any alarm.

Action :
1) We check the robot teach pendent no alarm.
2)then manually operate the robot no move no error.
3)Controller inside checked Emergency board relay sparking condition and contractor chattering.
4)Emergency PCB replaced after contactor not ON
5) Checked incoming voltage 235 V ok.
6)So contactor board replace but not ok.
7)Then mother board replaced not ok.
8)Mean while spare controller taken from training Centre for replacing.
Panel PCB to Motherboard cable replaced.
I/O card Replaced not ok.
9)Servo drive replaced. And found ok.

if u have any experience reg this type of break down
so kindly share the experience.

1) Are u did controller power off before disconnect harness?- no during line running condition only happen .

We have a ABB robot - 7th axis
Problem: 7 th axis resolver error was came
Action : 1) we checked external cable both power cable found ok.
2) Again same error was occur in Teach pendent. we remove the power cable and encoder cable and that cable connected to new motor and checked ok. again we revert back old condition old cable old motor connected and calibration done.now no issue

but it was happen 3~5 time . so kindly share the your experience to us that is helpful for me
if you have real root cause for this pl share to us..

In ABB robot Motor phase short circuit fault was came at morning fault code - 20177.
this fault happen robot ideal condition ( Morning around 7Am ).

After that we replace the spare drive , then fault was clear and robot was taken home position and line running normal.

I have question ?

1) why this problem happen ?

2) what was the real root cause for the Motor phase short circuit fault was came at morning fault code - 20177

3) and How predictive action for that.

in Fanuc robot SRVO-043 DCAL alarm was came three times. we did only power recycle done .
but this SRVO-043 DCAL alarm came only idle condition ( more the 24 Hr robot not working condition only happen)

so we plan to replace the servo drive after that no issue .

but what was the real root cause for this alarm.

if next time same fault will happen what to do...

so kindly share the your experience & knowledge .

i have ABB robot , application for hemming operation , 7th axis for T/Table rotation only

during auto condition 7th axis too large revolution count difference fault was came , we did one time calibrate the t/table position but only perticular model position only problem was happen pl give some solution for this

already checked the voltage, As per manual remedy we have confirmed the input voltage to the controller found Ok

but issue still not closed , group-1 axis-1,2 only coming , if any body well know the reason pl let me share me..
