Basically once you set up that particular area, you can enable it or disable it with a safety out. I'm home right now, i will give you more details later

So, you want to allow the robot to enter or to be inside the zone as long as the safety device is not broken

Oh !!! light screen = light curtain If your "safety device" is a light curtain the solution is not that simple, Do a search in the forum for "background program logic", there's a good explanation how to do it

I'm sorry I don't understand what you mean with external light screens

Do you want to assign output to the different zones ? and use the outputs to turn a light on ?

Do you know you can see a map of the inputs or outputs ? i mean, not only 8 at the time. Select how to display from one of the menus.

This will help you to see if you are turning and i/o somewhere else and then figure how off you are

I get a VirusScan Alert when loading Werner or ryan version on the same file gert0.dll

Anybody knows about that / can I keep downloading ?

ULTRAEDIT

Download UE, install , launch it and close it
Copy robots.txt and rename it robots.uew
Look at picture and see where robot.uew is pasted
Run UE again and look at the picture again to see all the robot languages
That's it, write a Motoman program and you'll see the different colours on the commands, variables etc

My 2 cents contribution
For example In Motoman the SPEED command is not coloured
The solution is to open robot.uew with Wordpad, find where all the Motoman commands are and then add it. Save robot.uew
Once you restart UE again you will have SPEED coloured

This software is great when you want to compare two files and it's free

Hi:

I just run into this today. If you take a look in the manual, as an example check, the NX100 165 Manipulator Manual, Item 5.5.3.
It shows the relation pulse/angle for that particular robot, I imagine the other different robot manual's would have the same.
