HI:
Take a look at the SHCK.... commands The (2) is the data in the file 2 I think you already figured that out. I think you have 6 or 7 files to use
MOVL C00003 BC00003 V=200.0 PL=1 //PRE-PICK POSITION
CALL JOB:CHK-OPEN
SHCKSET SSL#(2)
MOVL C00004 BC00004 V=50.0 //PICK-UP POSITION
DOUT OT#(35) ON
CALL JOB:CLSGRIP
WAIT IN#(35)=ON
DOUT OT#(35) OFF
DI
IMOV P010 V=50.0 //Moves straight back P010 mm
MOVL C00005 BC00005 V=50.0 //EJECTING POSITION
SHCKRST
DOUT OT#(33) ON
more shortcuts
Maybe you would like to add:
In multi - robot system:
[SHIFT] + 4 = Toggle Single Job Mode / Multi job Mode
[SHIFT] + 7 = Single or Coordinated movement during jogging
Kind Regards,

I'm looking all over manuals and Rack48 is called "Peripheral equipment"
Bobby: "You have something we don't know"
Example Rack 89 is Ethernet
85 is ControlNet
96 is Modibus
BTW, if you do an 'All of the above" backup, you should see the file SUMMARY.DG. Open it and take a look
Hi
the configuration is king of messy, you are correct, there is no 92 rack on your DI therefore robot doesnt read PLC
The status of the UO and UI will change and you will be able to control it once we assign the UOP to rack 92 and then you'll use the PLC.
I need to find out what is rack 48 is, because is messing up your set up OR I'm making a big mistake ( I dont make mistakes )
Hopefully somebody can read this and tell us what 48 is
Write the UOP. then I think I can figure it out
One more thing, do you have any other device connected to the robot because the #92 = CClink, but i dont know what #48 is
Info will be on the Handling
Let start from the beggining.
Do you know what UOP are ?
Do you have the proper board on the robot ?
At power up, are you getting any messages related to I/O error ?
Can you go to the I/O, select the digital inputs or outputs, select Conf and tell us what you see
Bobby:
I dont want to open a can of worms but the answer to your question could be very complicated. There are like 4 different ways with different setups
Do you have any other robots on your plant ? Just to compare it
Hi all:
I made this post sticky and I locked it, if somebody wants to add anything, e-mail me
Thanks to Robo Guru and tony gast.
Q: On XRC/NX100, is it possible to, for instance, change a J move to an L move without having to insert a new point. This could speed up my programming/editing.
Thanks!
A: Yes it is. Simply go to the instruction side (right) and hit select on the point you want to alter, keep the cursor on the MOVJ, push select and down at the same time.
...and then hit modify enter.
Q: Thanks dude! This could be added to the TP Shortcut thread.
Thanks to HRLY-RDR
Hi scotch99:
I'm going to make your post a sticky. Looks like it could be helpful

Do you have DCS ?
Basically once you set up that particular area, you can enable it or disable it with a safety out. I'm home right now, i will give you more details later
So, you want to allow the robot to enter or to be inside the zone as long as the safety device is not broken
Oh !!! light screen = light curtain If your "safety device" is a light curtain the solution is not that simple, Do a search in the forum for "background program logic", there's a good explanation how to do it
I'm sorry I don't understand what you mean with external light screens
Do you want to assign output to the different zones ? and use the outputs to turn a light on ?
Hello Dsrobot:
Welcome to robot-forum
I've done a couple 7.4 and a couple 7.5
what's you question ?
klingic
just a little help
Do you know you can see a map of the inputs or outputs ? i mean, not only 8 at the time. Select how to display from one of the menus.
This will help you to see if you are turning and i/o somewhere else and then figure how off you are
here are the bullets, here is the gun annnnnnd, this here is the trigger
Hi klingnic:
Welcome to the robot-forum
We have a section for manuals and there are a lot of threads regarding your question.
Cognex has all kind of info and software
I will recommend you to do some reading and then ask more specific questions
Good luck on your studies
