Hello Sandep. If i were you, i'll check the brake. Put down motor cover and try listen to the "unbrake" syptomatic sound when you switch K3 contactor.

The right track length .cfg should be edited to meet with T6003 parameters, section Motor eg. and after that TPUOthers > Service > File> 3Add or replace SysPar > selected.cfg .. Enter, Restart. Good luck.

Hello. The robot 4400L/30 can be connected with S4C if has Elmo motors,
and you can use the same S4C controller hardware configuration as for IRB6400 M97, M98,
but you can't connect RB6400 M97, M98 with S4C+.
At S4C pay attenion for right floppy disc set which corresponds with VME cards. BR.

Your MOC.CFG looks great, but I don´t know where to put base mass center for track. Sorry.
Incoming voltage can be 400-470VAC, cabinet has induktor coils and switchable trafo for D539. Only for IRB7600 should be 470VDC.

hello, I´ve found that Track Motion isn´t a part of RW4.0. T6003S.cfg should be loaded as described 3HXD 7108-1 page 2-15. DU345A see 3HAC022419-001_references_revA_en_library.pdf at page 91.

I guess, if you checked the motor with another controller, and all was OK, now, phase lines r,s,t would be mixed, or one phase is missing, and by this fact motor will jump by wrong way. Or see cfg at path C:\Program Files (x86)\ABB Robotics\MediaPool\3HAC6811-2.27\utility\extaxis\util\D7_8_VW_C1B2L1.cfg e.g. TPU>Others>Syspar>3 AddaOrReplace Syspar>3HAC6811-2.27>utility>extaxis BR.

You would try to check connection of harness at SMB board or change SMB board at bus which is connected to 7th axis.
you must use Robinstall under Administrator privileges.
