first of all you need a cable, and this cable can be done manual ( in house) or buy from Motoman, 0 that I recommend.
Usually when you buy this software you receive the hardkey and the cable together with the software. Also you receive the proper manual to use it. It is the best solution.

it is in teach mode. if you put in play mode it will weld.
otherwise you must modify - if I rememeber well - a inside parameter to can weld when you push test start in teach mode.

A special manual for maintanace not exits on XRC generation. Th emaintanace areea are include it in the UP20 manual. -

Sunt convins ca vei gasi suficiente informatii interesante despre roboti in general si Kuka in particular.
Exista cel putin unutilizator de \Kuka romai printre noi si te oate ajuta. cautal pe userul daniel, dar sunt convins ca te va contacta.

Answer: There is an standard.nam in the rar. I believe is for NX. You have to create your MRC, XRC etc.
All of them are very similar. Downloaded from the robot you are using then add names to it
