Your screenshot definitely shows you in singularity. When J5 angle is zero, the J4 and J6 rotation axes are aligned giving an infinite number of kinematic solutions for reaching your position. This post does a pretty good job of explaining singularities: https://blog.robotiq.com/why-singularities-can-ruin-your-day
Could it also be because axis 4, 5 and 6 are poorly mastered?

It might be that you don't have a virtual robotcontroller (FRVRC) with the correct version installed, and therefore your abckup can not be loaded?
How do you create the roboguide workcell?
Try doing it the way saberlars suggested, by creating the workcell from a backup. That way you make sure that the robot system in your workcell has the same configuration of software options as your real robot.
You can also try and put your AOA in your virtual robot's UD1-folder and then go to CTRL start on your virtual robot and then restore AOA.CodeThe first time I made the backup (all of above) of the robot it asked me to install another version in roboguide that I did not have (v7.5), I installed it and did everything that roboguide asked me to do. When I open the program there is nothing from my programs. Also, there are the tool frame, user frame, I/O, PR, all of that is there, only the programs are not

1. "All of above" backup
Insert USB memory stick and Backup
2. Create New cell by backdate.dt file.
※ Unable create only backdate.dt file.
※ Must be include other files (TP, VR, SV, DF, DG ...) -
Are you hadn't try create work cell by "backdate.dt" file?
It's a very simple and easy.
check out "all of above" backup files. That is, do that when the memory is in the tp?, like creating a folder or how?

It's not enough that you want to transfer the data to Roboguide, you must do it.
To get serious: you should describe how you try to transfer the data, otherwise nobody can answer your question what you are doing wrong.
Oh, sorry, let me be a little more explicit:
I inserted my USB memory into my tp creating a folder in the memory and doing an all of above, when all the data was transferred I put my USB to my laptop and checked and there are all the routines that we use for the robot to work. When I transfer said data to my program in roboguide nothing appears, only as basic programs, if you could call them that and I have not been able to work with roboguide because it does not load any programs. I don't know if because when I tried to transfer the data to rroboguide for the first time it asked me for a very old version (v7.5), I don't know if this has something to do with it or if I'm doing something wrong

Code
Hello, I have a problem with roboguide. When I make my backup of my robot (r-2000ib/210F and the controller is an r-30ia) when I want to transfer the data to the roboguide, the main programs do not appear, such as main or the ones I use to make the robot work. , I do not know what I'm doing wrong. Please help me, I would appreciate it
