hello y'all.
I'm new to the world of industrial robotics.
I'm French and my English isn't great, so sorry in advance for that.
I'm studying industrial robotics and in the company where I've just arrived, a robot did not work. miraculously it works again from today.
it's a kuka krc4 robot
hmi version: 8.5
Basic system version: KS V8.5.465.
but now I have 3 new errors that appeared on the smartpad.
kss27003
kss27004
kss15047
I've several programs to test brake but it's not working.
And for the kss15047, i think i need to just remastered all the 6 axis no ?
Thank's in advance.
Have a great day.

update, no one answers me but the robot works again. I do not know why. this is probably thanks to the change of smartpad. To be more precise, I swapped the smartpad of the faulty robot with that of a working robot. Then seeing that it hadn't worked, I put the smartpads back in their original robot (yesterday). today, the robot is working again so it's probably thanks to that. now I have 3 errors left but I think it's just a remastering to be done on all axes. I will re-open another top for this.
Should I check the thread is resolved box?
thanks y'all.

Code
hello again, sorry I was back in class the last two weeks. As I am only an apprentice, I do not have the qualifications to open the KRC4's electrical cabinet. So I'm going to try to get someone from the company to do it for me. But, the situation to change there is only 1 robot that does not work, it is the robot that did not work for at least 1 year or even 1 year and a half. I will send the photos of the errors as links since it works for me. Thank you for your response and your help. I stay online on the forum all week before leaving for the next two weeks in class. https://ibb.co/B3MPQ35 https://ibb.co/dr0WCZn

I can't post the photo so I'll explain what's going on,
the "safety status" is yellow (icon on the left). The middle icon, "ip status" is green. And finally the robot icon in red "krc status" "krc is disconnected".

Hello everyone,
I'm new to the world of industrial robotics.
I'm French and my English isn't great, so sorry in advance for that.
I'm studying industrial robotics and in the company where I've just arrived, there are two robots in error that don't work. I wonder if it's not an IP problem as a third robot works very well.
I should point out that the three robots are on the same robotised forging line.
Here's an image of the error.
There's a red band above the screen with a robot logo in red. When you click on it, a window opens as "krc status" and says "krc is disconnected".
I'm sorry if this problem is too simple or for beginners, but I'm a beginner and I'd really like some help to understand and fix this error.
thank you in advance.
and i can't post the photo i don't know why.
