I managed to fix the problem,
I needed to change the controller language from Japanese to English (language reset occurred due to factory reset after battery replacement)
after that I was able to turn servo on and off
It only remained to establish the original coordinates (we used the method of alternately releasing the brakes and setting the jogs until the triangular stickers match) and set motion limit in RT Toolbox2
of course, additional and finer tuning is required, but now the robot at least functions properly
