I just got change the value from negative to positive and I´ts working.
Do you have lamps on your system? If not maybe is a Shadow try to do mask or take a correct pattern with light and no shadows
2D vision sytem right?
can you post you vision process screen config?
Do you installed coils to avoid noise? If they aren´t installed could noise on image!

TEST AND SEE HOW IS AFFECTED THAT POSITION WHERE THE COMMAND WAS ADDED.
YOU CAN CONFIG THE VALUE TO AVOID DISTURBANCE.

it's coming from a Servo motor an external axis, I did the same in other robot with positive values and it's working.
It is a system error, your core-software was probably corrupted.
It can be a memory issue, or it can be a spike in the electricity.
Is the TC-online functioning after the reload ?
No, I didn't try to Enable TC_ONLINE again.

Well, Well I got Issues with TC_Online When I was monitoring 2 registers with values negative and I let TC_Online run; suddenly come up an error message and the TP got inhibited, I tried to disable the TC_Online but without success, so tried to stop the monitoring through TC_Online Menú but the TP froze. The way to fixed it; was loaded an image.

yes, In that way but only the external axis; I think is done already, the plc is send to robot a message with that value

Any idea how to convert a Value in degrees?
I've a robot on slider and I'm grabig the Value of any position on a Register I'd Like to send this value to another robot that is mounted on the same slider, but when I tried to do do it through PLC message appears a very large number I'd like to convert this value in degrees.
get it through tool and die guy from your company, I think is the fastest way to get it.

I´m working with 3DL laser vision and MH robots with softfloat option, R30iB Controller.
the question is:
In what way works The geometric Calculation Tool?; I´d like to use it to identify any models. take the value and send it a register; Is this possible?
All my parts are similars (Construcction beams) the only one difference is the Beam Depth (Web area), It could be 6,7,8 inches

I´d like to know If can I interrupt a movement when PLC sends a DI?; If robot doesn´t catch that signal I want to stop it as an usually works TC_ONLINE.
I tried to do it with skip instruction but the robot pauses for a moment and it keeping running, robot never catch the signal to stop.

but the robot is going jumping directly to LBL[700] and never go home the robot just stop for 0.5 sec and keeping running never CALL Robot_home.(T2 mode)
If I got simulate DI9 signal that robot CALL Robot_home (T1 Mode)
I just want interrup a movement with a DI and CALL Robot_home (program with movements)
I don´t want to use a Kind of searching rutine with several positions asking for that DI.
