Turns out, if the power supply fan is not working it allows you to switch servo on, only for 15 seconds. I have replaced the fan inside the power supply and now it's ok.

Thread is resolved, with the help of one of the forum users, I got my robot running again.
Hello everyone,
I have an IRB 6400 M97 with s4c controller and after exactly 15 s being switched on, motors are switched off with a few messages:
20074:Not allowed command
20207:Backplane Enable open
10012:Guard stop state
10010:Motors off state
I have also a error 20254 about a power supply fan, but from what I read it's more like a warning so I think it does not stop the motors. It happens both in manual mode and automatic also.
I have noticed that for like a second in the moment of the switch off EN led on DSQC331 A81 Panel module switches off, and then switches back on. I have measured 24 V from the power supply, and it's 25V.
Does anyone have any idea ?
Hello everyone,
I have a used robot with specs as below. I have all necessary boot disks, but my key disk is missing. Could anyone share key disk for this specific robot type. This robot will be used for simple palletizing operation, so generally I don't need Multitasking, LoadId and ColDetect or Advanced Motion, so if anyone has any key disk for this robot type with system pack 3.2 I'd grateful if you could share.
