    Hi,

I'm stiil facing my issue of sema tracking ;/ Do you have any advice how to put some path offset into FG?? When I use Interrupt to add some offset value to " OFFSET.OUT" everything looks good as long as weaving works on the path. After command TECH.MODE= #OFF offset value is cleared and TCP goes back to start value of the path line.( I use TECH.CLASS = #PATH and TECH.MODE= #CYCLE).

I thought about using of TECH.CLASS = # SENSOR but if I understand manual corectly this signal is readed continously and I need it to do it with some frequency ( the same as I get from weaving frequency calculation)

    Hi,

If you don't want to use Automatic External functionality you can declare signal that includes bits of position number from PLC :

    SIGNAL PosNumber $IN[1] TO $IN[n]

You can declare it locally in declaration part of your submodule or in config.dat file as global variable

    Hi,

I have generated weaving function using FG , In my weave I use 4 CPS point to generate triangle weave. Now I would like to add another function to read TAST signal from welding source and make correction of welding path. I think I should use some interrupts to read TAST value when TCP is in any CPS point, but I'm not sure. Maybe can you advice me, is it possible to use CPS point as a standard point to compere ACT_POS to it and trigger some interrups to read TAST value and compare it to some reference value ?

    Thanks for your answer.

Is it possible to use function generator in simillar way to Arc.Sens?? Probbaly it's necessary to use few interrups during weaving to read value from welding source. Is it right?

    Hi,

I'm looking for library of Kuka.Arc.Sense for KUKA KRC2 ed 05 (KSS 5.5). I have asked my local KUKA department , by they told me that support of this library for KRC2 expired and they can't help me.

Maybe do you know, is it a global policy of KUKA support or maybe I face it only in my country ? Or maybe do you know any good manuals of preparing simple function like ArcSense when I get signal direct from welding source?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi,

I'm looking for used KL1500-3 linear unit (lenght - about 15m). Maybe some of you know where can I find this type of device because in google there I found only shorter version in Europe. Maybe do you know any factory where production line with Kuka robots is dismounted or something like this?

    Thanks for your help

    Hi,

In KUKA KRC2 with WIN95 you can configure USB ports as enable in BIOS setting. I use it if I need to plug in USB mouse or keybord (PS2 is broken) but when I tried to use it for pendrive it didn't work ( USB drive is not available in windows)

    Hi,

thanks for yours replies. Generally I know how it works, but I wonder why are "KUKA" settings available in one robot, but in another it doesn't (in the same place is "OPTIMAL") if i have two identical robots?

Could it be different BIOS version?

    Hi,

I have a question about KUKA KRC2 with WIN95 on board. I have a few robots with this system and one robot has "KUKA" settings in BIOS but in other there is "OPTIMAL" settings to load. Could You tell me, are these setting the same and only name is different? (motherboards are the same in all robots)

    Thanks for help:)
